PHASE 1a: Added System Resets
Resets: AllSndOff, Sustain, Modulation, Pitch, etc
Also added some Effects (Reverb) to the older songs (bluedan, etc)

PHASE 1: Convert to MIDI file format with fixes.
All 'NOTE OFF' errors fixed!
Correct Tempo and Time Signature.
Preliminary Quantisation [major errors only].
Mix for GM; Volume and Pan.

All tracks mixed using a Roland Rap-10 soundcard.
I have tried to keep the mix as close to the originals as possible.

The tempo in this track is variable; it should start around 145bpm and
finish on about 198bpm. At the moment the midi tempo is fixed at 174.
This may (or may not) be fixed at a later date. Because this isn't a
good version of the music I may not fix the tempo issue.
