PHASE 1a: Added System Resets
Resets: AllSndOff, Sustain, Modulation, Pitch, etc
Also added some Effects (Reverb) to the older songs (bluedan, etc)

PHASE 1: Convert to MIDI file format with fixes.
All 'NOTE OFF' errors fixed!
Correct Tempo and Time Signature.
Preliminary Quantisation [major errors only].
Mix for GM; Volume and Pan.

All tracks mixed using a Roland Rap-10 soundcard.
I have tried to keep the mix as close to the originals as possible.

Throughout most of the FFE tracks one or more instruments get assigned to
'Reverse Cymbal'. In this case, a 'best guess' would be to use a Tuba.
This may or may not have been what was intended but it does sound better.
Work is still needed on the time-signature of this track.

I've listened to this using the Creative S/W Synth and the Creative 8mb
SoundFont and neither sound too bad.
An SBLive! version will be released as soon as possible.
