PHASE 1a: Added System Resets
Resets: AllSndOff, Sustain, Modulation, Pitch, etc
Also added some Effects (Reverb) to the older songs (bluedan, etc)

PHASE 1: Convert to MIDI file format with fixes.
All 'NOTE OFF' errors fixed!
Correct Tempo and Time Signature.
Preliminary Quantisation [major errors only].
Mix for GM; Volume and Pan.

This track was mixed using a Roland Rap-10 soundcard.
I have tried to keep the mix as close to the original as possible.
